Professional Support

The Mentor Program is designed to connect experienced trucking professionals with drivers and small carriers who want real guidance, not opinions or influencer noise. Mentors are vetted before being approved and their experience is clearly displayed so members know who they’re talking to and why it matters.

The program allows direct, private, question-and-answer style communication between mentors and members. Conversations are practical, experience-based, and focused on real-world decision-making in trucking, safety, compliance, operations, and business. This is not coaching, training, or legal advice. It is peer-to-peer knowledge sharing built on earned experience.

The goal is simple: pass down what works, reduce costly mistakes, and strengthen the industry through accountability, professionalism, and honest conversation.

Professional guidance doesn’t mean humorless. We take the work seriously, not ourselves. Expect straight answers, real experience, and the occasional well-earned laugh.
